  • Suspended and colloidal particles present in syrup/Remenlt are removed during phostlotation process where Colour Precipitent Aid play a major role to remove it resulting better clarification.

    Colour Precipitant Used as decolorizing agent to improve the ICUMSA of syrup and melt which in turn helps in production of good quality sugar, removes organic and inorganic colouring matters like lignins, pectin and others from syrup.

  • Evaporator section is heart of sugar process and directly related to efficiency of the process. Clear juice contains high percent of scaling tendency cation and anion. This forms hard scale inside the calendria tubes and hinders the heat transfer.   • Sudafloc - 227 is a very high molecular weight, dry anionic flocculant designed for clarification of raw cane juice in sedimentation and flotation clarification applications. This product can be used in filtration of mud to recover sugar juice. It improves clear juice clarity and provides a rapid settling rate.
